It's shout out time! I'm so proud of those of you joining me in this 90 day yoga challenge! And don't worry if you haven't started yet, join in when you can. Maybe you make your challenge a 75 day yoga challenge, or 60, or 30. And remember it's a challenge. If you don't make it to your mat every day, don't beat yourself up over it. A few stretches count. Some gentle breathing counts. A mindful moment counts. Yoga is so much more than physical exercise. It's an opportunity for you to tune in to yourself, whatever that means to you.
First of all, hooray for my cousin Jen! I love that you're finding yoga again and choosing videos that work for you. Keep up the great work!
Jen's older sister, Amy is also joining the challenge using the hashtag #90DayYogaChallenge. This makes me so happy.
One of my oldest and dearest friends, Shari from Wisconsin has jumped on board. Shari was one of my private yoga students during the pandemic and is practicing with videos we made together from those sessions. Interested in private yoga sessions with me? Drop me a line!
My San Antonio mentor, Mary Thorsby (Executive Director of Abode) is joining in on the fun. She practices hot yoga (and other styles) at a local studio in town. We are cheering each other on!
Comment below about your progress in this challenge. We can be successful together!
Day 4 checked off. Another "first thing in the morning" round and I really like this time. I feel stretched, relaxed, mind clear. I added in a few extra moves from a different video to the one today and I was successful. 1 day at a time. We've got this!
Day 3 and I decided to do it first thing in the morning. What a great way to clear my head before starting my day. It felt so good. Keep on it!
