yoga for end of life
Death is a mystery for many of us. We all know that we die, but it can be scary and troubling, nonetheless. Yoga therapy can help take some of the mystery and fear out of death and the dying process. In conjunction with ABODE Contemplative Care for the Dying, an end of life home in San Antonio, Texas, Natalie provides healing practices for people at the end of their lives, people who work with the dying, and people who are experiencing the death of a loved one.

Our next cohort will be held remotely - with live sessions over Zoom and 1:1 mentoring sessions with Natalie. Fill out the application below to express your interest and Natalie will get in touch with you!

We will have an Info meeting over Zoom on Monday, July 7 at 6:30 PM. RSVP here for the Zoom link.

WHAT The ABODE End of Life Yoga Certification is a 60 hour training for yoga teachers and therapists, chaplains, hospice care workers, or anyone who wants to serve the dying.
We provide a combination of hands-on, practical contact hours at Abode, an end of life home in San Antonio, and non-contact hours that can be applied as Yoga Alliance CE, but more importantly will prepare you for the experience of death and dying – for your own loved ones, for relative strangers, and for yourself.

WHO This training is for anyone who is drawn to the Death Doula or Death Cafe movements, for anyone who wants to bring a deeper understanding to their own end of life journey, or who wants to explore the whole process of serving people who are at the end of life, and people who are grieving the loss of a loved one.
