Natalie Buster (RYT500, TIYT) began her yoga path during theatrical studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After living as a professional actress in NYC for 12 years, Natalie discovered yoga therapy through Sundara Yoga Therapy in Austin and began weaving her experience and education in theatre and the voice with yoga practices in 2011.
Always a bit of a nomad, Natalie received her 500 hour yoga therapy certification from Niroga Yoga Therapy in Oakland, CA, and her Trauma Informed Yoga training in Austin and Tulsa. She is currently enrolled in her yoga therapy certification through Inner Peace Yoga Therapy.
Natalie lives in San Antonio, Texas and can be seen on stage and teaching yoga at various performing arts facilities in the city (most recently in online formats due to COVID-19).
Natalie is an End of Life Navigator at Abode: Contemplative Care for the Dying where she provides comfort and companionship to people at the end of their lives. She serves as Founding Board Member for Lacuna Community, a local non-profit. She is also thrilled to be a forever Bubble Sister.

My Etsy Shop
Sweet Lady Jane's Closet is an Etsy shop full of vintage dolls, Fitz and Floyd ceramic treasures, and bright and colorful linens. There's something for everyone! All of the profits from our shop will go towards a celebratory trip once my sister's cancer treatment is complete.
"(Natalie) is kind, compassionate, and clearly presents instructions for yoga poses, knows how the body works, and what one can anticipate experiencing during a pose. Her knowledge base, enthusiasm, warm personality, and clear directions make a virtual appointment a very successful and therapeutic experience. Her meditations are also great." -Diane V. Benicia, CA
"My yoga is at a new level partly because of Natalie’s competence and strength as a teacher. (I am enrolled in a year-long yoga teacher training program.) She motivates. She reminds me to listen to my inner voice and wisdom. She brings me back to the breath. I am both stronger and more mindful. I feel that same calm and confidence when I am on my bike or running on the trail."
-Jill L. Madison, WI
“Two months ago I found myself putting my nerves and intimidation aside as I took my 1st Yoga class. Natalie led the session and took me on a personal journey of strengthening my body and mind and leaving me with a feeling of calmness and peace. I was hooked. Over and over her positive energy and encouragement inspire me to believe in myself and take what I need from each practice. I feel more at peace with my mind and body than ever. Every week I see my body transforming and becoming stronger and more flexible, not to mention the inches I've lost. I look forward to making this a life long practice and encourage everyone to try. With Natalie's guidance, people of all shapes and sizes can benefit from it and make it their own.”
-Shari B. Madison, WI
"Natalie's love and enthusiasm for yoga and for life come through in her teaching-her classes are a delight. She gives options to step it up a notch, as well as step it down, depending on what we're feeling that day. Listening to our bodies and honoring the messages we receive is an overall theme that makes her classes feel so personal and fresh."
