WHO ARE YOU?
WHY ARE YOU CALLED TO THIS WORK?
Everyone has a calling – we’re often drawn to certain experiences, people and paths. You had a calling to sign up for this course. Something inside you led you toward this work. This is not easy work. You could have chosen a million different paths, but you chose this one.
There is an invitation here to begin to craft your why. You may want to have a journal specifically for this course.
These prompts are intended to encourage you to dive deeper into crafting your why:
-
Why are you compelled to do the work that you do?
-
What brought you to this time? This place?
Your why may change over the course of this training, and you will be invited to return to it frequently. In fact, we will encourage you to probe and question your why throughout the course of this training.
