YOGA FOR STRESS RELIEF AND RESILIENCE
This yoga class aims to work with the body and the mind by modulating the nervous system through motion, breath and awareness practice. It will benefit anyone who feels even mildly stressed, a little down or somewhat emotionally reactive.
Trauma-sensitive yoga offers tools to improve your sense of positive embodiment, empowerment and resilience at your own personal pace. Yoga For Stress Relief and Resilience is taught as a TCTSY trauma sensitive yoga class. It is suitable for those with or without a history of trauma, everyone is welcome. It is a lovely way to end your day and wind down for the night.
Beginners welcome. Physical limitations can usually be accommodated.
