You can now join Natalie every weekday morning from 6:30 – 8 AM PDT (8:30-10 AM CDT) for a three-fold Morning Sadhana Practice!

Start your day off with your community. Join us when you can, leave when you need to. Only one signup needed.
​
We’ll begin with a meditation practice, move on to our breathwork, and end with some light and invigorating movement.
​
Each session is unique and tailored for the participants.
Beginners welcome. Physical limitations can be accommodated.
