This chair yoga class is designed for students  who enjoy a seated practice for various reasons. It can accommodate persons with little or no lower body movement. Although seated, it is a full yoga practice complete with cardio, core work, pranayama, relaxation, and meditation.

This class is helpful for persons who may have limitations that keep them from participating in mat yoga, including illness, injury, pain, blood pressure issues, or any other chronic condition that inhibits freedom of movement. We will be joining movement with breath, and action with awareness. This may help to bring relief and peace to body, mind & spirit.

All bodies are different and all yoga is adaptable. Come experience this transformative practice in a way that is accessible to all!

Beginners welcome. Physical limitations can be accommodated. This class is for people practicing without the help of a partner.
